Here you can find answers to common questions about our 3D printer upgrade kits, linear rail upgrades, shipping, and payment.

1. Where do you ship from? Do you have products in stock?

All TBStron3D 3D printer upgrade kits are shipped directly from China.

If a product is marked as “In Stock” on our website, it means the product is available and ready to ship.

We only list products for sale when they are available in stock to ensure fast processing and shipping.

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship our 3D printer accessories and upgrade kits to most countries worldwide.

Currently, orders are not available for the following countries:

  • India

  • Turkey

  • Russia

If you are unsure whether shipping is available to your country, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

3. What shipping method do you use? Can I track my package?

All TBStron3D packages are shipped via international air shipping.

Shipping process:

1️⃣ The package is shipped from China by air freight.
2️⃣ After arriving in the destination country, it is transferred to a local courier for final delivery.

Every order includes a tracking number, allowing customers to track the shipment during the entire transportation process.

4. How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping time varies depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs clearance

  • Local delivery services

For example:

United States / Europe

Most packages (over 80%) are delivered within about 10 days.

Occasionally, delays may occur during the global peak shipping season, especially near the end of the year.

5. How is the total order price calculated?

The total price is calculated using a simple formula:

Product Price + Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is displayed as “Shipping” during checkout and is charged once per order.

Example:

Shipping fee to the United States: $10

This price generally includes:

  • Product cost

  • International shipping

  • VAT (for most countries)

However, for certain countries we cannot prepay all taxes or duties. These may include:

  • Brazil

  • India

  • Some overseas islands

Customers in these regions may need to pay local customs duties or taxes when the package arrives.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal payments.

Customers can pay using:

  • PayPal

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

If PayPal is not available in your country, unfortunately payment cannot be completed through our store.

7. What happens if a package is lost during shipping?

If a package is confirmed lost during transit, TBStron3D will take full responsibility.

After confirmation from the shipping carrier, we will either:

  • Resend the same product, or

  • Provide a full refund

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

8. Will the linear rail upgrade kit change the printer's build volume?

Most 3D printer linear rail upgrade kits do not affect the original build volume.

Exception:

Kobra 3 / Kobra 3 V2 Y-axis linear rail upgrade

This upgrade may reduce the print height by approximately 3 mm.

However, after installing the Z-axis linear rail upgrade kit, the original printing height will be restored.

9. Why are there different options for X-axis and Y-axis linear rail upgrade kits?

Many 3D printer linear rail upgrades provide multiple configuration options to meet different user needs.

Option 1

X Bracket Only (Without Guide Rails)

Includes:

  • Mounting bracket

  • Screw kit

Customers must supply their own linear guide rails.

This option is ideal for users who already have compatible rails.

Option 2

X-axis Linear Rail Upgrade Kit (林邓 Guide Rail)

Includes:

  • Mounting bracket

  • Screw kit

  • 林邓 linear guide rail

林邓 guide rails are manufactured in China and offer reliable quality with excellent value.

Option 3

X-axis Linear Rail Upgrade Kit (HIWIN Guide Rail)

Includes:

  • Mounting bracket

  • Screw kit

  • HIWIN linear guide rail

HIWIN rails are manufactured in Taiwan and are well known for:

  • High precision

  • Smooth movement

  • Lower friction

  • Reduced operating noise

All options use the same mounting system and installation method.

The difference is simply the type of guide rail included.

Customers can choose the option that best suits their needs.

10. Where are TBStron3D products sold?

Currently, TBStron3D products are sold exclusively through our Shopify store.

We do not sell our 3D printer upgrade kits on other platforms.

To avoid scams, please make sure that any communication includes an order screenshot for verification.

11. What should I enter in the “Apartment / Suite” field?

If you live in a house or villa, you can simply enter:

  • .

These placeholders allow our system to process the address correctly.

Please make sure to provide:

  • A correct shipping address

  • A valid phone number

This helps ensure your package is delivered successfully.



12. Which 3D printer brands are compatible with TBStron3D upgrade kits?

TBStron3D focuses on designing high-quality linear rail upgrade kits for popular 3D printers.

Our upgrade kits are designed for many well-known printer models, including machines from the following brands:

  • Creality

  • Elegoo

  • Anycubic

  • Sovol

These upgrade kits are aftermarket accessories designed to improve motion stability, precision, and durability.

They are not official products of the original manufacturers, but are designed to be compatible with their printers.
