Anti-Drop Kit

Applicable Scope:
This product is designed for machines (including Neptune 3 Plus, Neptune 3 MAX, Neptune 4 Pro, Neptune 4 Plus, and Neptune 4 MAX) that have already been upgraded with a dual Z-axis synchronous belt. It is not compatible with stock (original) machines.

Design Background:
After installing a dual Z-axis synchronous belt, when the machine is powered off or loses power, the X-axis may slowly descend due to gravity until the nozzle presses against the heated bed or the printed model.

Function:
This product uses the tension of a constant-force spring to counterbalance the overall weight of the X-axis. As a result, the X-axis will not drop under normal conditions. It also helps reduce the load on the Z-axis motor and synchronous belt.
The installation is simple and does not affect the printing process or the printable area.
